WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; One Fluidmaster PRO45K professional repair kit, installation, adjustment, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A compatible two-piece gravity toilet with an aging fill valve, flapper, or related tank hardware.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The toilet must be a serviceable standard two-piece gravity model with an accessible shutoff.
NOT INCLUDED: Pressure-assisted and one-piece toilets, cracked porcelain, shutoff or supply-line repairs, flush-valve replacement, and toilet removal. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
SCHEDULING TERMS: All online orders will be called and verified, then scheduled at the customer's convenience Monday through Friday during normal business hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. All online orders will be scheduled via phone call and completed within 1 to 4 business days.
