Owner-Supplied Water Softener Installation
Starting price for installation of one compatible owner-supplied residential water softener where a serviceable plumbing loop, drain, and electrical receptacle are already present. Includes service call, up to four hours of labor, connection to the existing loop, connection of the supplied bypass valve, standard drain and overflow connection, brine-tank positioning, startup, basic programming, operation testing, and leak testing.
Excludes a new plumbing loop, extensive piping changes, electrical work, concrete cutting, water testing, well-system repair, salt, existing equipment disposal, and missing components. Nonstandard conditions receive a separate estimate before work proceeds.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
