Remove one accessible kitchen sink and install one compatible owner-supplied standard drop-in kitchen sink in an existing compatible countertop opening. Includes service call, up to 2.5 hours of labor, installation and sealing of the sink, reconnection to compatible existing drain piping, and leak testing.
Excludes undermount sinks, farmhouse sinks, countertop cutting, faucet installation, garbage disposal installation, cabinet modification, drain relocation, and missing strainers.
Additional work outside the listed standard scope will be explained and approved before proceeding. Additional approved labor is billed at $23.75 per 15-minute increment.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
