Install and connect one compatible owner-supplied dishwasher in an existing prepared dishwasher opening. Includes service call, up to two hours of labor, disconnection of the existing dishwasher, installation and positioning of the new dishwasher, new braided stainless-steel dishwasher supply line, connection to an accessible serviceable hot-water valve, connection to a compatible existing drain or disposal, standard securing, and basic fill, drain, operation, and leak testing.
Excludes electrical work, new circuits or receptacles, shut-off valve replacement, new water or drain piping, cabinet or countertop modification, flooring repair, air-gap installation, and appliance repair. Optional old dishwasher removal and disposal is available as a separate $35 add-on.
Additional work outside the listed standard scope will be explained and approved before proceeding. Additional approved labor is billed at $23.75 per 15-minute increment.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
