Remove one existing floor-mounted toilet and install one compatible owner-supplied toilet at an existing serviceable connection. Includes service call, up to 1.5 hours of labor, installation of the owner-supplied toilet seat, standard wax ring, standard closet bolts and caps, new braided stainless-steel toilet supply line, standard caulking, flush testing, operation testing, and leak testing.
Excludes old toilet disposal, flange repair, shut-off valve replacement, drain cleaning, flooring repair, wall-hung toilets, powered bidet electrical work, and missing components. Optional old toilet removal and disposal is available as a separate $25 add-on.
Additional work outside the listed standard scope will be explained and approved before proceeding. Additional approved labor is billed at $23.75 per 15-minute increment.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
