Remove one standard bathroom faucet and install one compatible owner-supplied faucet on an existing sink. Includes service call, up to 1.25 hours of labor, connection to serviceable existing shut-off valves, operation testing, and leak testing.
Excludes widespread or wall-mounted faucets, drain assembly replacement, shut-off valve replacement, countertop modification, severely corroded fixtures, and missing components.
Additional work outside the listed standard scope will be explained and approved before proceeding. Additional approved labor is billed at $23.75 per 15-minute increment.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
