Install one compatible owner-supplied bidet seat on an existing toilet and connect it to an accessible toilet water supply. Includes service call, up to one hour of labor, removal of the existing seat, installation, connection, operation testing, and leak testing.
Excludes electrical work, a new receptacle, toilet replacement, shut-off valve replacement, concealed piping, integrated bidet toilets, and missing adapters.
Additional work outside the listed standard scope will be explained and approved before proceeding. Additional approved labor is billed at $23.75 per 15-minute increment.
Owner-supplied product notice: Modern Plumbing does not provide a product warranty or cover manufacturer defects, product failures, repairs to the product, replacement components, warranty claims, or labor to remove and reinstall a defective product. Qualifying work includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on the plumbing installation performed by Modern Plumbing only.
