FLAT RATE: $149 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; Static pressure test at an accessible hose bib or laundry connection, a visual check of the regulator if one is present, and a written reading you can keep.
GOOD FIT FOR: A homeowner with banging pipes, dripping relief valves, repeat fixture failures, or a simple question about whether the pressure is too high.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. There must be an accessible hose bib or laundry connection available for testing.
NOT INCLUDED: Pressure regulator replacement, repairs of any kind, fixture diagnosis, leak location, camera or line work, and engineering reports. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: Diagnostic service only. Readings reflect conditions at the time of the appointment. Pressure can vary with time of day and utility conditions, and no repair warranty applies when no repair is performed.
