WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 2 hours of labor; One Modern-supplied full-port ball valve, standard fittings and sealants, installation, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A home whose main shutoff drips, will not close fully, or is frozen in place, where the valve is above ground and accessible.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The valve must be accessible without excavation or opening finished surfaces, and water must be able to be shut off upstream at the meter or well pump.
NOT INCLUDED: Excavation, meter or utility-side work, well pump work, wall or floor access, repiping, pressure regulator replacement, and code corrections. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 1-year Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the Modern-supplied installation, plus the manufacturer product warranty. Abuse, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, code deficiencies, and unrelated plumbing are excluded.
