Add a second or third backflow device to a test visit without paying a second service call.
FLAT RATE: $119 per additional device plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Up to 30 minutes of labor; Calibrated test-equipment use, testing of one additional accessible standard assembly, and one standard electronic filing when supported by the local program. No separate service call is charged on this add-on.
GOOD FIT FOR: A property with more than one backflow assembly that needs certification at the same address on the same visit.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. This add-on must be booked together with Backflow Test and Certification at the same address and same visit. Each device must be visible, safely accessible, and ready for testing without excavation or insulation removal.
NOT INCLUDED: Standalone visits, repairs, replacement parts, excavation, insulation removal, retesting after failure, and expedited or special filing fees. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: Test results reflect device performance at the time of testing. Repairs, parts, and retesting are not included unless separately approved. No repair warranty applies when no repair is performed.
BEFORE BOOKING: Book Backflow Test and Certification first, then add one of these for each extra device. Text photos of every assembly and its tag. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
