FLAT RATE: $199 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; One Modern-supplied standard water heater element and gasket, drain and refill as needed, installation, and operational testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: An accessible electric water heater with a single confirmed failed element and a sound, nonleaking tank.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The tank must not be leaking and the element must be a standard removable type.
NOT INCLUDED: Thermostats, a second element, wiring or breaker repair, specialty or low-watt elements, seized elements, sediment removal, tank leaks, and heater replacement. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: If both thermostats and elements are suspect, choose Standard Electric Water Heater Rebuild instead. Text the rating label and a photo of the electrical connection. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
