STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The heater connections must be accessible with room to install the valve kit.
NOT INCLUDED: Descaling or flushing service, repiping, gas or electrical work, venting, unit repair, wall or cabinet access, and code corrections. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 1-year Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the Modern-supplied installation, plus the manufacturer product warranty. Abuse, water-quality damage, scale accumulation, code deficiencies, and unrelated plumbing are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: Text a full photo of the heater, close photos of the hot and cold connections, and the model label. Pair this with Tankless Water Heater Flush if you want the descaling done in the same visit.
