NOT INCLUDED: Repiping, recirculation system changes, additional point-of-use valves, water heater repair, code corrections, and fixture adjustments. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 1-year Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the Modern-supplied installation, plus the manufacturer product warranty. Abuse, water-quality damage, code deficiencies, and unrelated plumbing are excluded.
