Put a drain pan under the water heater so a future leak has somewhere to go.
FLAT RATE: $299 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 90 minutes of labor; One Modern-supplied drain pan and pan drain fitting, disconnect and reset of the heater onto the pan, connection to an existing accessible drain point, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A ground-level water heater with no pan, where an existing drain point is within normal reach.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The heater must be movable at ground level and an existing drain point must be within reach of standard pan piping.
NOT INCLUDED: New drain piping through walls or floors, condensate pumps, leak alarms, platform or stand work, water heater repair or replacement, and code corrections. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 1-year Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the Modern-supplied installation, plus the manufacturer product warranty. Abuse, water-quality damage, code deficiencies, and unrelated plumbing are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: Text a full photo of the heater and the floor around it, plus a photo of the nearest floor drain or drain point. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
