FLAT RATE: $189 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; One Modern-supplied temperature and pressure relief valve, standard discharge fitting, installation, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: An accessible water heater with a T&P valve that drips, weeps, or will not reseat.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The tank must not be leaking, the T&P port must be serviceable, and the existing discharge piping must be reusable.
NOT INCLUDED: Discharge piping rerouting or extension, expansion tank, pressure regulator, tank leaks, code corrections, and heater replacement. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: Text the rating label, a full photo of the heater, and a close photo of the T&P valve and discharge pipe. Repeated T&P discharge often points to high pressure or thermal expansion, so a Water Pressure Test may be worth adding. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
