FLAT RATE: $329 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 90 minutes of labor; One Modern-supplied icemaker outlet box with valve, standard connection materials, installation, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A refrigerator location where the wall cavity is already open and cold-water piping is nearby.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The wall cavity and cold-water piping must already be open and accessible within approximately 2 feet of the new box.
NOT INCLUDED: Drywall, paint, cabinet work, the refrigerator connector line, concealed piping runs through finished walls or attics, appliance repair, and floor repair. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 1-year Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the Modern-supplied installation, plus the manufacturer product warranty. Abuse, water-quality damage, electrical issues, code deficiencies, and unrelated plumbing are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: Text a wide photo of the open wall and a close photo of the nearest cold-water line. Pair this with Braided Refrigerator Water Line Replacement if you also need the connector.
