STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The connection must be accessible without opening a finished wall or altering masonry or stucco.
NOT INCLUDED: Concealed piping repairs, masonry or stucco repair, wall openings, nonstandard lengths, damaged supply piping, and shutoff replacement. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
