STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. A usable cleanout is required and the line must be flowing at the time of treatment.
NOT INCLUDED: Drain cleaning, camera inspection, excavation, pipe repair or replacement, septic service, and repeat applications. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: Treatment service only. Root regrowth, existing pipe damage, future stoppages, and treatment effectiveness are not guaranteed.
BEFORE BOOKING: If the line is currently stopped, book a drain cleaning package first. Text a photo of the cleanout and a short history of the problem. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
