STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The standpipe must be accessible and the washer must be movable with normal access.
NOT INCLUDED: Main-line cleaning, standpipe or trap replacement, vent repair, appliance repair, hydro-jetting, camera inspection, and pipe repair. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 24-hour warranty on the same stoppage only. Roots, grease, foreign objects, broken or collapsed pipe, septic problems, and recurring structural conditions are excluded.
