WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; Professional drain-cleaning equipment, standard consumables, service through the tub overflow or shower drain, and a basic flow test.
GOOD FIT FOR: One tub or shower that drains slowly or has stopped while the other fixtures are draining normally.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The drain or overflow must be accessible and the stoppage must be reachable without opening a wall or floor.
NOT INCLUDED: Main-line cleaning, drain or waste-and-overflow assembly replacement, tile or access-panel work, hydro-jetting, camera inspection, and pipe repair. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 24-hour warranty on the same stoppage only. Roots, grease, foreign objects, broken or collapsed pipe, septic problems, and recurring structural conditions are excluded.
