FLAT RATE: $189 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; Installation of one customer-supplied bidet seat, one supply tee connection, mounting, and leak testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A standard floor-mounted toilet where the bidet seat matches the bowl shape and the shutoff works.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The seat must fit the existing bowl, and a working grounded outlet must already be within reach if the seat requires power.
NOT INCLUDED: The bidet seat itself, electrical work, new outlet installation, shutoff or supply repairs, and replacement of the toilet. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing workmanship warranty on the installation only. Customer-supplied equipment carries no Modern Plumbing warranty, and manufacturer defects, misuse, electrical issues, and water-quality damage are excluded.
