WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 1 hour of labor; One Modern-supplied pressure-assist flush cartridge, installation, and operational testing.
GOOD FIT FOR: A confirmed pressure-assisted toilet that flushes weakly, runs after flushing, or leaks at the cartridge.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The toilet must use a serviceable pressure-assist vessel with a compatible replacement cartridge available.
NOT INCLUDED: Full vessel replacement, tank or bowl repair, supply line, shutoff, obsolete or discontinued systems, and replacement of the toilet. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
BEFORE BOOKING: Text a photo of the label on the pressure vessel inside the tank and a photo of the full toilet. After booking, text clear photos and any model information to (352) 726-5601 so we can confirm the package before dispatch.
