STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. Working service valves, power, water, and safe drain access are required.
NOT INCLUDED: Service-valve installation, repairs, combustion analysis, venting, gas, electrical, freeze damage, and replacement parts. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
