NOT INCLUDED: Seized cartridges, damaged valve bodies, trim replacement, broken stems, access-panel work, and piping repairs. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 30-day Modern Plumbing repair warranty on the replaced part and repair area. Unrelated failures, misuse, freezing, water-quality damage, excessive pressure, and customer-supplied components are excluded.
