FLAT RATE: $389 plus applicable sales tax.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: $55 service call; up to 2 hours of labor; Removal and reset of one standard toilet, professional drain-cleaning equipment, one wax ring, standard closet bolts, consumables, and a basic flow test.
GOOD FIT FOR: A branch or main drain stoppage where no usable exterior cleanout is available and a standard toilet provides access.
STANDARD CONDITIONS: One accessible job during normal business hours within Modern Plumbing's standard Citrus County service area. The booked scope must match the photos and details provided. The toilet must be accessible, removable, and installed on a serviceable flange.
NOT INCLUDED: Flange repair, damaged toilet parts, camera inspection, hydro-jetting, septic service, root treatment, and structural pipe repair. Any additional work is priced and approved before we proceed.
WARRANTY: 24-hour warranty on the same stoppage only. Roots, grease, foreign objects, broken or collapsed pipe, septic problems, and recurring structural conditions are excluded.
